A dream can be defined as a thought or a sequence of thoughts that occurs to a person during sleep. Experts believe that dream is more or less a visual representation of our personal conceptions, unfulfilled desires and beliefs.

How you get dreams:
While sleeping all your five senses – smelling, tasting, feeling, seeing and hearing, remain temporarily suspended from their normal activity. It is during your sleep that the sixth sense takes over and starts unfolding parts of your life and thus you enter into a dream state.

Psychology: Stressful life puts a man out of proportion and triggers dream state unknowingly.

Type-2 dreams:
This type of dreams are seen quite rarely and not based on any physical factor. They carry a message possibly from outer world and make you feel that something special has happened – a message that leaves an unforgettable impression on your sub-conscious mind.
