Heal your spondylosis with magnets
As you all know, spondylosis is a chronic disorder, which can lead to the loss of the normal spinal function and structure. Aging is the primary cause of spondylosis. It may impact the thoracic, cervical and the lumbar regions of the spine. The conventional treatment for the spondylosis is a tedious process. However, magnetic therapy can be effectively used to treat spondylosis.
The main reasons for the spondylosis related pain in any person is the muscle and ligament strain. The pressure in the nerves in the neck and the spinal cord also add up to the pain that is felt in spondylosis. When you place the magnets in the affected area, it enhances the healing process in the muscle and the ligament and reduces the pressure caused by the nerves. Spondylosis is often thought of as the ailment related to the neck and shoulder of a person. However, one might even get the lumber spondylosis where the lower spine is affected. Take a look at some of the common magnetic therapy treatments for spondylosis.
1) A magnetic neck wrap or necklace
You may feel that to cure the spondylosis you need to have a magnet, which is of higher strength. However, to effectively treat the neck, shoulder, head and arms spondylosis, a super strength is not required. You can just opt for the magnetic necklace or the neck wrap! A magnetic neck wrap or a necklace consists of at least eight of the magnets. If you regularly wear these, the pain due to the spondylosis in your neck, arms, shoulders and head will begin to reduce.
2) Magnetic pillow pad
If the person feels uncomfortable to wear the above mentioned magnetic neck wrap, he can used the magnetic pillow pad. Magnetic pillow pad is the best alternative to the necklaces! These pads can be used only during the nights while sleeping. During the nighttime, the body enters the healing phase and promotes better healing. Hence, when the magnetic therapy is carried out during the night, it ensures that the penetration and the uptake of the magnetic field is at its strongest.
3) Magnetic back strap or support
Another option that is available to cure the spondylosis is the magnetic back strap or the support. This strap has to be placed directly over the affected area. And it is only 1.5 inches wide! The magnetic support can be placed around the back in a lower position over the hips. This will ensure a contact with the lower lumber spondylosis. However, the support can also be worn high around the chest area in case of the thoracic spondylosis. These magnetic straps also come with the adjustable fastenings so that the person using it will have the flexibility in placement. If the damaged area is around the waist height, a wider strap is used so that it provides support while bending. The magnetic straps or the supports are supposed to be worn 24 X 7 until the pain goes away. It is most beneficial to people who are subjected to a lot of bending movements; for example golfers, builders etc.
