i&#039;ve been vegan for about a year now, and was a vegetarian for a while before that. 

you mention the importance of b12 and i am currently getting 200% of my RDA from my b complex. is this enough or should i be taking a separate b12 as well?

i am concerned about getting the absolute optimal amounts of everything in my body..

currently i try to eat a variety of foods. i eat mostly vegetables and fruits and nuts. i also eat a lot of boca products. they have soy protein and taste really good.
