Losing Inner Peace
When a person feels inner peace, they may lose it along the pathway of life. Sometimes a person finds his/her inner peace and takes it for granted. Thus, when you find inner peace, do not take it for granted that the peace will live inside of you throughout your life without you being passive to its labor.
In other words, you will need to prepare to battle for your inner peace. Life is full of stress and stressors, which take away peace and add pressure. When stress comes your way, prepare to take control of your situation since if you fail to do so, it might be the day the train jumps track and takes your inner peace away.
Inner peace is a gift, a quietness of the mind. When a person feels inner peace, they are in touch with their rebellious side, parent side, creative side, critical side, child side, artistic side, spiritual, et cetera. The person is also in touch with his/her emotions, heart, thoughts, subconscious and conscious mind.
As you can see, inner peace requires work, since if you are not in touch with all these sides you are missing the piece of the puzzle that brings forth true inner peace.
Considering creative side, which is the side of the brain that helps us to draw pictures, make decisions, write, sing, joke, et cetera. The creative side is the side of many people that lacks, since not everyone knows that it even exists in the brain. Some people go through life never meeting this part of the brain, while others are completely in touch with this side of the psyche.
The creative side is what helps you to make wise decisions. When a person makes a bad decision, they are using their emotions and impulses to decide for them. When a person makes a good decision, they are touching each part of the mind with the creative side working to conclude.
The people that bicker and argue not all the time is using their using the mechanisms in the brain that prevents this from occurring. If they were thinking, thus an argument would never take place. Rather these people are arguing out of emotions and heart, which will lead them in a bad direction.
When a person has it all together, he/she has inner peace and when someone attacks the emotions and heart, thus the person will respond creatively, wisely, intelligently and so on. The person will not become angry over little details, but will respond to serious attacks appropriately.
A person truly in touch with self will have convictions, since he/she went through the challenges of finding the truth within self. When someone poses questions, theories, ideas, opinions, philosophy, or other possibly untruth ideas, the person will be prepared to tell them what is on their mind with convictions and back it with evidence and facts. The person will not accept anything that comes their way. In addition, when the person feels he/she does not have sufficient information to answer a question, the person will consider the question while delaying the answer until evidence and facts present the truth.
Thus, the overall concept of inner peace is finding self, controlling your mind, and having the truths within you.
Inner peace is a gift, and we all have the ability to reach the point. Still, some of us lack because these people do not have a start. Some people lack inner peace since major mental illnesses or illness of physical condition restrains them. Still, if these people could put forth the efforts, they too could have a measure of inner peace.
Examples of people that do not have inner peace are seen everywhere around the globe. For example, priests that molest children do not have inner peace, since their emotions containing lust and desire are controlling these peoples mind.
Other people less obvious are those struggling to make ends meet and constant worrying, which holds them back from finding the way out of their situation.
We all have our definition of inner peace for self, but inner peace includes truth, self-control, and self-respect for all of us.
