Magnetic therapy for spondylosis






Spondylosis is nothing but a disorder that causes loss of normal spine structure. Spondylosis is a disease in which there is severe pain in the neck. This pain is beyond tolerance. Spondylosis is also known as spinal arthritis. There are some types of spondylosis like cervical and lumbar spondylosis. These two types of spondylosis are very common. In these types of spondylosis there are degeneration changes in the neck and low back of the spine. Wrong sitting or standing posture causes spondylosis. Sudden pulling of heavy weight can also cause harm to the spine and cancer. Ankylosing spondylosis is very severe one. In this type the spine becomes stiff. It is having grave pain in neck and this is incurable spondylosis.

The symptoms of this disease are pain and stiffness to the particular part. This does not allow the person to move or bend properly. If this disease is treated early it can be cured.

This magnet should be placed such that the North Pole should be on the most painful area of the neck and South Pole on the shoulder, elbow or palm. South pole oil should be applied before placing magnets. For treatment of lumbar spondylosis, if it is sciatica pain then the North Pole should be on the most painful area of the lumbar area and the South Pole should be on the terminal point of pain. In ankylosing spondylosis the north pole of the magnets should be on the fifth or fourth cervical vertebra and South Pole will be on the sacrum. Keeping magnets for fifteen minutes is sufficient for treating spondylosis and can be increased to thirty minutes.
