Peace on the Inner Side
The power of the psyche can do wonderful things, or else cause problem for the person. The mind controls a person and when that control is in the mind, thus the body often does exactly what the mind says. The psyche holds mechanisms, including subconscious, thoughts, emotions, audio visual, and conscious. Inside the mechanisms are a parenting side, creative side, critical side, rebellious side, and so forth.
When a person allows the mind and emotions to take control, thus the person is asking for trouble. Mind of matter is the answer in finding inner peace, since when you have the ability to take control of the mind and emotions; you have the ability to find inner peace.
When a person lacks the ability to take control of his or her thoughts and emotions, the proof comes out by reflecting on your personality through attitude, behaviors and habit. We can see this when thinking of a person that has problems quitting smoking. It is obvious that the person lacks will, and the will to the lack of strength of character. Thus, the person lacks strength within to stop the habit that is preventing him/her to gain inner peace.
Lacking strengths within will oppress the thought and emotions, thus problems occur throughout the person's life. A person capable of taking control of his/her life, the person has the ability to do anything he/she puts their mind to.
Yet, taking control is never easy. Sometimes we must put on the suit of armor and pick up our swords to battle the problem. Sometimes we go through havoc when modifying behaviors and habits to reach our inner peace. For example, a person trying to quite smoking will go through withdrawal symptoms, which makes the person wonder if the effort is worth it.
The person will endure nervousness, panic attacks, agitation, and so forth when trying to quite smoking. The process may seem forever, but the fact is if the person can get past the first week, the habit of stopping smoking is all downhill, unless something within the person desires to hold on to the habit.
After one week, the body has the ability to restore healthy habits. The nicotine will absorb and finally reduce its intake to the point the person no longer feels the need to smoke. The rewards are grand. Since when the person stops, he/she will feel healthy and secure within. Thus, inner peace is in the process of sending the person to serenity of the mind.
Still, kicking habits is not the only method for finding total inner peace. Even if you manage to control a habit, it does not mean that you have removed the oppressive thoughts and emotions that suppress inner peace.
The subconscious mind stores a wealth of information, where it takes skill to obtain the data stored within the minds subconscious. The truth of self-being exists inside the subconscious, whereas this truth is essential for finding true inner peace.
Once the information comes to the conscious mind it is a downhill process to find quietness within the mind and emotions, unless you are a trauma survivor. Trauma survivors find it difficult to find inner peace, since overwhelming trauma impact has trapped their minds inside the subconscious world, where little information is available to the person.
Thus, inside the subconscious mind is the answers to your problems, since inside this realm is the information that you gained throughout your lifetime. The observations, sounds, stories, education, experiences, philosophies, theories, opinions, and the entire life you lived is stored within this realm. Yet, the subconscious mind is big enough to store a wealth of information; it will share bits and pieces or an entire story with the conscious mind.
The sharing process relaxes the subconscious so that the emotions are not overwhelmed, thus the person can have a measure of inner peace. If a measure of inner peace is not available, it brings forth anxiety, panic, pain, and other types of suffering to the person's life.
To find your inner peace learn self-talk tactics now and let go of the things in your mind and emotions that hold you back.
