		<description>i was reading about b2 recently and suspect that i might not be getting enough. i drink pretty regularly (college life) and  my multivitamin only has 1.7mg of riboflavin, and my b complex only has 10mg. i see that you&#039;re saying that some people need to take more of it (as much as 400mg!) to ward off the effects of deficiency. 

so can i really buy b2 and start taking 50mg or more per day without concern? why do some people not absorb certain things as well as other people?</description>
