Time Delaying Inner Peace
Time often delays inner peace, since most of us do not have the time to sit and think about what we need to do to make contact with our inner self. Time also holds us back from our inner peace when we do not take the time to find out what we want, who we are, and what we need to find inner peace.
Still, some people sit around all day doing nothing and wonder why they do not have inner peace. These people often waste valuable time pounding their mind on seemingly endless thoughts that lead nowhere. The person may feel frustrated throughout the day, or else stressed throughout their lifetime.
All types of people make up the world. Some people focus on family, others focus on crime, and yet others focus on self. All types of people make up the world, yet we can never describe the many people in the world.
The criminal minds find it difficult to find inner peace since their minds are overwhelmed with guilt, criminal thinking, and getting away with unlawful acts. The criminals rarely find relief until they apologize, accept their blame, and move ahead with their life doing better things throughout the remaining part of their life.
Some people find inner peace but lose it quickly, since their minds are vulnerable to stressors. Whatever the problem is, in order to find inner peace you must learn to accept who you are and stop worrying about changing everyone else.
When a person has mental illnesses, they find it difficult often to find inner peace. Unfortunately, these gifted souls have more information than the average person has in most instances and cannot find a place of comfort, since the ailment is often in control. Sometimes a person with mental illness can find a measure of peace while taking medications, but when they are coming down from the drugs administered, they soon learn that the peace was artificial.
Chemical imbalances can cause a person enough problems that inner peace seems out of reach. Again, we are put here with the gift to obtain inner peace. Thus, we must be in touch with our spiritual side, wild side, dominant side, and submissive side to find out what type of person we really are to reach inner peace.
Do you know who you are? Do you know you history? Do you know where your family originated? Heritage is essential, since people find it hard to reach inner peace when they do not know where they came from. Since the philosophers lead people to believe in reincarnation, some people have difficulty finding their true self to obtain inner peace. The fact is, reincarnation is not true, rather we accumulate behaviors, habits, patterns, personality, et cetera through our ancestry. Thus, misleading information throughout our history forces our mind to react in a dark light, since the information is deceitful.
As human beings, we focus on the truth. Until we have the truth within, we do not have inner peace. Thus, finding the truth will help you find inner peace, but still it takes work to keep that peace alive.
Persons searching for inner peace also need to get in touch with their sexuality. Some people think getting in touch with their sexuality means to spread them self around like wild flowers. Contrary to the notion, getting in touch with your sexuality, means getting in touch with you, your desires, your standards, beliefs, et cetera. A person in touch with their sexuality will not have difficulty in any situation relating, since the person will not have any enclosed or confined walls up during the conversation, acts, et cetera. In other words, the person is happy with who they are and will have no problem relating in any situation and will have an open mind while in action.
Inner peace is a quietness of the mind, where the emotions, subconscious, conscious, thoughts all join in union to work together as a team to bring forth joy and happiness within. Finding your inner peace takes work, but delaying will only linger your gift to smile each day you live.
