Truth Leading to Inner Peace
When you learn to be truthful with self and others, you are taking the steps to find your inner peace. It is important to uphold truth with self and others, as well as staying true to self. When you know who you are and what you want from life, you are moving out the obstacles in the mind that controls which direction your are heading.
Truth is a principal. When we uphold our principals in life, we are maintaining balance of the mind. One of the first steps in all activities we do in life is to remain honest. This is often hard since down through the years lies, spread out throughout the universe, thus affecting us all. It is up to you to come to terms with the information stored in your mind, including the information obtained from observation, theories, opinions, ideas, and philosophies. This will include taking out the lies given to us by false religions leaders, politics, education, et cetera. When we take out the lies out of our path, we are fulfilling an inborn element instilled within us through genetics.
Down through the years people of all problems have found relief and inner peace by learning and telling the truth. Of course, the system presents an illusion that if you tell the truth it will land you trouble. The truth is it can land you trouble, but in the end your mind will have peace, since you know you told the truth.
Alcoholics, sex addicts, drugs addicts, mental ill patients, and many others have found relief when they learn truth and uphold the principals of truth throughout their lifetime. If you wonder why the politicians are having difficult to provide world piece, well now you know. The politic world, like many religions are full of lies and deceit. Thus, finding world peace is out of reach, until these groups of people learn the truth and stick with it. Likewise, society has many problems and most of the problems stem from lies.
Truth brings forth convictions, which in turn bring on confidence, self-esteem, respect, et cetera. Think about the wealth of rewards that come along with truth, and here you will determine what is best for you to find inner peace.
Respect…aw. This is one of the biggest problems in the world. That is rarely does one have respect for self let alone others. Therefore, to gain insight and learn how to respect self and others, honesty is necessary.
Do you wonder why the mind rambles, rumbles, and uproars throughout a person's life? Have you wondered why a person cries for no apparent reason, or why a person becomes angry?
The fact is the person does not have the truth within self that helps him or her learn to cope with life and emotions. The subconscious has many answers, but many people in the world are terrified of what may come out of the subconscious mind. Regardless of the fear you experience the subconscious has motive and over time whether you like it or not, the information stored in your subconscious will arrive at your doorstep. Can you accept it and grow with the information, or are you ready to run. If you are ready to run, continue your journey in life allowing your emotions to control you, and it will come out in behaviors, actions, words et cetera. Now if you are still wondering why you are upset when someone speaks to you? Thus, the emotions are in control and this is the ultimate problem that robs a person of their inner peace.
One of the most valuable gifts I had incorporated into my personality was the ability to seek truth and uphold the truth within. I tell the truth when I speak regardless of what anyone thinks, and I seek out information to help me confirm what I say. Thus, I do not say anything that I do not have the evidence and facts to support. I feel a great measure of inner peace. In exchange for my efforts, I have respect, and when people attack my emotions; so what that is your problem, not mine.
